Description of fusion environment&energy, LLC

Fusion environment&energy, LLC (fusion2e) was established as a Washington Manager-managed Limited Liability Company in June 1998. fusion2e’s motto, "merging diverse elements into a unified whole," describes the company's philosophy of working with diverse interests throughout the scope of a project in order to ensure long term success. By combining experience and established professional relationships, the company is able to provide environmental consulting services that benefit both its diverse clientele and the environment.

fusion2e’s principal place of business is Spokane, Washington with a satellite office in Bend, Oregon. The company's principal consultant and owner is Adriane P. Borgias, MSEM, CHMM is located at the Washington office. Ms. Borgias has more than 20 years of experience with natural gas and electric industries as well as with Tribal governments in the Pacific Northwest her specialties include environmental management systems, community and collaborative decision-making, and grant-writing.

Cynthia L. Savage, CHMM is located at fusion2e’s office in Bend, Oregon. Ms. Savage has more than 20 years of experience in academia and consulting includes environmental health and safety training, laboratory safety and hazardous materials management, environmental assessment and due diligence research. Her specialties include environmental and safety compliance, environmental due diligence (phase I environmental site assessments), Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems, including employee training programs for hazardous and radiological materials, laboratory health and safety, and hazardous waste management.
