fusion environment&energy, LLC was founded in 1998. The company's principal consultant and owner is Adriane P. Borgias, MSEM, CHMM. Ms. Borgias has more than 20 years of experience with natural gas and electric industries as well as with Tribal governments in the Pacific Northwest.

In 2005, Cynthia L. Savage, CHMM joined the company. Ms. Savage has more than 20 years of experience at academic institutions and as a consultant in environmental health and safety training, laboratory safety and hazardous materials management, environmental assessment and due diligence research.
